There are a number of “home remedies” and speculations about how you can increase the amount of semen you produce upon orgasm.
However, there are only a few tested, proven methods of doing so. The following amino acids and supplements have all been proven to help increase the volume of your ejaculate:
- L-ARGININE HCL – Sperm and semen shown to double in recent studies; sperm health and activity also increase.
- L-Lysine – Research has shown that this amino acid, when used in conjunction with zinc, increases sperm production, stimulates testosterone production, and improves semen quality.
- Epimedium Sagittatum – Boosts libido and testosterone level for increased sperm production; otherwise known as “horny goat weed.”
- Zinc Oxide – Increases sperm quantity and motility by 80 percent to 200 percent.
- L-Carnitine – Found in high concentration in healthy sperm; proven to significantly increase sperm motility.
- Swedish Flower – The pollen promotes sexual virility and healthy reproductive systems.
